Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1988, and has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian at Roswell Park Cancer Institute since 2002. She presently provides medical nutrition therapy to our Gastrointestinal, Hepatic & Pancreatic Surgical & Oncology patients. She also has extensive experience at Roswell Park with other patient groups. Elizabeth’s clinical dietetic experience prior to joining Roswell Park includes acute care at Erie County Medical Center, as well as experience in long-term care, rehab, home care, and outreach clinics in the Western New York community.
