Biography: 

 

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1988, and has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian at Roswell Park Cancer Institute since 2002.  She presently provides clinical nutrition care to patients as part of the interdisciplinary team for the Gynecology, Soft Tissue and Urology services.  She has additional experience with Breast, Lymphoma and Neurological cancer patients, as well as pediatrics.  Elizabeth’s clinical dietetic experience prior to joining Roswell Park includes acute care at Erie County Medical Center, as well as experience in long-term care, rehab, home care, and outreach clinics in the Western New York community.
