Summary This trial is a pilot study of tivozanib in the neoadjuvant setting of clear cell RCC.  Tivozanib is a very active tyrosine kinase inhibitor in the metastatic setting of RCC.  The main purpose of this trial is to establish feasibility of conducting investigation in the truly neoadjuvant setting of RRC, prior to curative intent nephrectomy.
