Summary This study is designed to test the drug called PF-04691502.  This drug will be given to humans for the first time in this study.  The study drug has previously been tested in the lab in animals.  This drug is not approved for the disease for which you are being treated in this study.  PF-04691502 is a drug designed to block the growth of certain cancer cells.  In this study, different doses of PF-04691502 will be studied, depending on how well it is tolerated.
Eligibility
  • Histologically or cytologically confirmed malignant solid tumor for which there is no currently approved treatment or which is unresponsive to currently approved therapies
  • At least 18 years old
  • Willingness and ability to comply with scheduled visits, treatment plan, laboratory tests, and other study procedures
