Biography: 

Cindy Eller joined the Roswell Park administrative team as the Director of Development in 1989. At that time, she led the effort to establish a public trust, the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, as the designation beneficiary to manage and distribute all charitable dollars intending to benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Now serving as Vice President for Development and as Executive Director for the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, she has overseen the creation of a Development Program that has realized over $180 million to date and has an active annual donor base of 85,000 households.

Ms. Eller is an active Board member of the National Association of Cancer Center Development Officers (NACCDO), a national organization of over 70 cancer centers and served as national Chair of NACCDO, from 2004- 2006.

Ms. Eller is also active in the local market, serving as an officer on the Executive Committee of the WNY Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is a frequent presenter and taught a Major Gift component for the Canisius College Fundraising curriculum for the past 10 years.
