Description of Duties:
The Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) has a summer 2012 opening for an Assistant or Associate Professor level medical oncologist with basic science or translational/clinical research interest in leukemia.
Candidates will have the opportunity to build robust research programs in a collaborative, state-of-the-art academic environment with close interaction with outstanding clinical, basic science and population science Departments at the Institute.
All positions include highly competitive compensation and research start-up packages/laboratory space.
Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified or eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology, and be able to meet medical licensure requirements in New York State.
Roswell Park Cancer Institute, America's first cancer center, founded in 1898, is located in Buffalo, New York, and is the only upstate New York facility to hold the National Cancer Institute Comprehensive Cancer Center designation and membership in the National Comprehensive Cancer Network.
