Eligible employees are also awarded bonus time based on length of service. Bonus time is prorated for part-time eligible employees, and all bonus time is given on the anniversary date of employment.
After seven (7) years of employment, full-time employees earn vacation in the amount of ¾ day per bi-weekly pay period, up to nineteen and a half (19.5) days annually.
Full-time employees are credited with personal leave on their first day of employment and on their anniversary date each year thereafter. Eligible part-time employees earn personal leave at a prorated rate. Employees have the ability to use personal leave within one (1) year of receipt of accruals. Personal leave is intended to allow employees time for personal business and religious observances and may be used upon the commencement of employment.
