Dr. Annmarie L. Pacchia joined Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) in September 2006 as the Research Administrator for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. She also serves as the operations director for the Pathology Resource Network, a core resource comprised of biospecimen banks and laboratories.

Dr. Pacchia earned her doctoral degree from Rutgers University, NJ, in the field of Molecular Biology and completed postdoctoral research studies in Retrovirology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, UMDNJ, NJ. She comes to RPCI with more than 10 years experience in basic and translational research and laboratory management, including grants design and administration.

At Roswell Park, Dr. Pacchia is responsible for all activities related to the daily operation of the Pathology Resource Network including administrative tasks, personnel and fiscal management, project timelines, billing, marketing and regulatory compliance. Additionally, as the Research Administrator for the Department of Pathology, she facilitates grant administration, budget design and submissions.
