Transplant Coordinator/Clinical Research Nurse
Lise Hernandez joined Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) in 1993 as a Blood and Marrow Transplant nurse until 2000, at which time she worked as a research nurse for the BMT group and also as a Transplant Coordinator. Currently, Lise is working as an educator for new Transplant Coordinators as well as Hematology Oncology Nurses.
Lise earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from D'Youville College in 1992. She is currently in the Master of Public Health program at the State University of New York at Buffalo with a concentration in Health Administration. Lise also holds a certification as a Hematopoietic Transplant Coordinator (CHTC).
Lise's research interests include Blood and Marrow Transplantation, and Prevention.
