Ilene L. Rothman, MD, joined the faculty of Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 2007 as staff physician in the Department of Dermatology.

Dr. Rothman earned her medical degree in 1980 from the Temple University School of Medicine. She completed residency training in pediatrics at the Rhode Island Hospital, Brown University in 1983 and in dermatology at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1990.

Dr. Rothman is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, American Board of Dermatology (ABD), and the ABD subspecialty Pediatric Dermatology.

 Dr. Rothman is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology.
