Description
The Gene Targeting and Transgenic Facility enables investigators to modify the murine genome by transgenic approaches for the systematic dissection of the genetic, molecular, cellular and physiological mechanisms underlying complex biological processes. Significant advances have been made in oncology, immunology, and developmental biology using this technology. We are highly sucessful in acheiving our goals to generate these animals, as demonstrated by our
