There are many websites out there already that contain very comprehensive lists of useful molecular biology and sequencing sites, so we're not going to reinvent the wheel and try to do the same. Instead, we'll provide, at our site, web addresses to some of those comprehensive links, as well as some representative examples of good programs and websites that are more specific and relevant to sequencing and related areas. Pretty much everything we've listed is freely accessible on the Web, though some links may point to commercial sites.
