IACUC Approval:

It is the responsibility of the individual investigator/customer:

1. To obtain IACUC approval for imaging before any animal scans are performed
2. To inform the facility of the approved protocol number
3. To submit a copy of IACUC approved Protocol (face page with signatures)

For Roswell Park Investigators Only:

 The resource has in place an existing, approved IACUC protocol for routine MR and fluorenscence imaging of mice (#938)  and rats (#955) that must be appended to the investigator's own approved IACUC protocol.
