What is a volunteer? At Roswell Park Cancer Institute, they are priceless! Especially in their ability to listen and relate to patients. Each year, we recognize our volunteers during National Volunteer Recognition Week in April with a special ceremony. Touch a Heart

Every RPCI volunteer touches, directly or indirectly, the life of a cancer patient and every volunteer plays a vital role in maintaining the Institute's unconditional commitment to quality patient care.

Whether you are 15 or 84, a high school student or a student of life, whether you are male or female, working or retired, you have what it takes to become an invaluable part of the RPCI team. All that's required is a few hours of your time and a willingness to help.
