What You Need To Know About™ Cancer of the Esophagus – This National Cancer Institute (NCI) booklet introduces symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of esophageal cancer. It also has information to help patients cope with the disease.

Cancer.net provides timely, oncologist-approved information to help patients and families make informed health-care decisions, including information on esophageal cancer.

Organizations
The Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association is a national, not-for-profit group dedicated to cancer of the esophagus. They publish a newsletter, and have a Web site that offers news, general information, help with coping, and provides links to sources of additional information. Contributing information to the site are patients, survivors, care givers, loved ones and friends of people with esophageal cancer.
