The Colorectal Cancer Risk Management Clinic (CCRMC) at the Roswell Park Amherst Center  offers cancer risk evaluations for you and your family members. A team of highly specialized providers is available to answer your questions and to guide you and your personal medical providers in taking control of your colon cancer risk.
 
The services provided include: 

• A focused history and physical examination
• Recommendations for cancer screening tests for you and your family members. 
• Genetic consultation and genetic testing. 
• Opportunity to participate in clinical trials looking at preventive means for your cancer risk. 

How to Schedule an Appointment

Referrals to the CCRMC may be made by physicians, allied healthcare professionals, area agencies, or by self-referral.  People who meet certain criteria and are determined to have an above average risk for developing colorectal cancer will have the opportunity to participate in the clinic.  For more information, call 1-877-ASK-RPCI (1-877-275-7724).
