We have established this clinic in order to identify and understand long-term complications of BMT. This clinic will complement and not replace your standard follow-up care.  

We are inviting patients who received a transplant to be seen annually in the BMT Long Term Follow-up Clinic.  This program will provide important information to the BMT patient as well as the clinician caring for the patient. 

I wish to personally welcome you to the Annual BMT clinic. The BMT team is very pleased to offer this opportunity for patients who have had a transplant to return for specialized recommendations for long term care.
