What's New With the BMT Group?
Two systematic, evidence-based reviews (EBRs) authored by Denise Oliansky, Dr. Hahn, and Dr. McCarthy of the RPCI BMT Program, have recently been published in Biology of Blood and Marrow Transplantation. The sixth in a series of EBRs written by the BMT group in collaboration with the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation,"The Role of Cytotoxic Therapy with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in the Therapy of Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Adults: An Evidence-Based Review" was published in February, 2008, and was co-authored with Frederick Appelbaum, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Institute, Seattle, Washington; Peter A.
