Deborah Coplin Hall joined Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 1978 as a Registered Nurse for the Department of Nursing.

She is currently the Nurse Administrator of 7 East, a medical/surgical unit. Ms Coplin Hall earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from D’Youville College and her Master of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

Deborah is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, and the National Black Nurses Association.
