Nancy Leigh Bertran joined Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) in 1994 as an oncology nurse. She is currently  Nurse  Manager  at the Amherst  Chemotherapy  Suite and also acts as a critical care instructor at Niagara College of  Applied  Arts  and Technology, St  Catherines,  Ontario.

Ms. Betran earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2001 from D'Youville College. She holds licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York and in Ontario, Canada.  She recently completed the  Oncology  Certified  Nurse program.

Ms. Betran's research interests include enhancing clinical care for patients with lung cancer and cardiac issues.
