Dr. Mirjana Lovrincevic joined the staff of Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 2001, as Staff Anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine. She also is a Clinical Instructor in Anesthesiology, Department of Anesthesiology, at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Lovrincevic earned her medical degree from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1988. She completed residency training in Anesthesiology at the UB School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences in 2000. Dr. Lovrincevic is licensed by New York State and is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the Medical Council of Canada.

Her research interests include chronic cancer pain management and regional anesthesia. Dr. Lovrincevic is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Lovrincevic has authored or co-authored a number of journal publications, book chapters and abstracts.
