Dr. Paul Bogner joined the faculty of Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) in 2004, as a Staff Physician in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
Dr. Bogner earned his medical degree (2000) with thesis honors from the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences; completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University at Michigan Medical Center (2004); and a fellowship in Oncologic Surgical Pathology (2005) at RPCI. He is certified by the American Board of Pathology.
Dr. Bogner’s research interests focus on thoracic oncology, including the histological and molecular diagnosis, classification and staging of lung tumors.
Dr. Bogner has authored or co-authored several journal articles, abstracts and book chapters.
