Rochelle L. Krowinski, RN, MPH, FACHE, joined the administration at Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) in 2004 as Executive Director of Regional Network Development.
Ms. Krowinski leads the development and implementation of a regional cancer network through which RPCI shares scientific innovation, access to clinical trials and advanced technologies to enhance the quality and breadth of cancer services throughout New York State and beyond.
Ms. Krowinski earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Albright College, Reading, PA in 1971; Masters of Social Work in 1982 and Masters in Public Health in Healthcare Administration in1984 from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Krowinski comes to RPCI after serving for three years as Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Cancer Center in Erie, PA. She also has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (1994-2001) and Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Affiliate Corporations (1991-1994) at the Hamot Health Foundation, a 460 bed tertiary medical center in Erie, PA.
Ms. Krowinski is a diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a member of the American Public Health Association, Association of Community Radiation Therapy Centers and the Society of Radiation Oncology Administrators.
