N.Y. Attorney General's Taxol Antitrust Settlement
Here is some information about the State Attorneys General's proposed settlement of a lawsuit under which you may be entitled to make a claim for a cash recovery if you:
- were treated with the cancer drug Taxol®, or its generic version, paclitaxel;
- your treatments occurred at any time from January 1, 1999 through February 28, 2003; and
- you paid all or a part of the costs of drug treatment out-of-pocket.
