Roswell Park Appoints Director of Diversity

BUFFALO, NY - Reggie Clark, MA, has been appointed Director of Diversity at Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI). He is responsible for facilitating greater equity and diversity through the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures; supporting and implementing the Institute’s equal employment opportunity initiatives; maintaining the current Affirmative Action Plan; and overseeing training and education programs on diversity, gender and other differences designed to help both management and staff.
Clark joins RPCI with an extensive history in human resources and management skills. He most recently served as manager of corporate recruiting at Kaleida Health System. He also has held similar positions as Human Resources Representative at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, Minnesota and Andersen Windows in Bayport, Minnesota.
Clark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Concordia University, St. Paul, Minnesota. He began his HR career as an internship at U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services.
Clark is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.
