Roswell Park to Offer Free Stop Smoking Classes in May

BUFFALO, NY − Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) will be offering two free stop smoking classes to interested smokers in May. Dates, times and locations of classes are:
Date/Time: Tuesday, May 8th from 7-8:30 pm
Location: Kenmore United Methodist Church

Date/Time: Wednesday, May 23rd from 7-8:30 pm

The Roswell Park Stop Smoking program has helped thousands of Western New Yorkers kick their nicotine addiction. Participants will receive advice on how to stop smoking including the latest information on medications that can help ease nicotine withdrawal symptoms. A free two-week supply of nicotine patches will be available to eligible participants. People can sign-up for one of the free classes by contacting Roswell Park at 845-8046.
