Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field and one year of full-time experience in project management, design, and implementation of mainframe or PC information systems in the health care field and two years of experience in programming; or an Associate’s degree and three years of experience in project management, design, and implementation of mainframe or PC information systems in the health care field and two years of experience in programming.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication and team leadership skills, the ability to breakdown and solve complex IT problems, and extensive experience leading IT projects with clear cut goals and objectives.

Nature of Work and Responsibilities:

This Systems Analyst will serve as the lead analyst/project manager on large scale IT clinical and research projects.  The incumbent must have exceptional project organization/execution, leadership, systems analysis/design, and implementation skills.  To effectively perform the duties of this position, the Systems Analyst will need to learn many aspects of clinical oncology and the related research efforts, including bio-specimen research and general clinical outcomes for cancer research.
