Position Details:

Shift: Full-Time, Variable hours

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York.  The preferred candidate will have previous hospital pharmacy experience in an oncology setting and board certification in oncology.

Nature of Work and Responsibilities:

This Staff Pharmacist will provide support in a unit dose drug distribution system, mix chemotherapy and TPN, provide pharmacokinetic consults, serve on patient rounds as a member of a multi disciplinary team, provide medication discharge counseling, and participate in a clinical intervention program.
