Nurse II - ICU
Position Details
Shift: Evenings & Nights
Salary: $53,112 - $66,792 (based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualifications: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time post-license clinical nursing experience in a critical care setting.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 yrs of experience in med/surg in an acute care setting; previous exp with oncology patients in a critical care setting; BSN; previous management/charge nurse experience. ACLS certified. OCN, CCRN, ASPAN.
Nature of Work and Responsibilities:
The Nurse II will assume charge nurse duties in the critical care setting. He/she will assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, responsible for managing/coordinating patient care and unit activities, supervise all nursing personnel on assigned shift and unit, make patient care assignments based on job descriptions and individual staff capabilities, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
