In as little as one lunch break you could save a life! That is the underlying benefit to participating in the "Save a Life at Lunch" program offered by the Donor Center at Roswell Park. Becoming part of the program is easy for you and your co-workers. Simply designate a representative from your organization to serve as a blood drive coordinator and work directly with the Roswell Park Donor Center team to coordinate lunch time blood donation appointments. Also, if your company is within a 1 mile radius of Roswell Park Cancer Institute, you may be eligible for our free shuttle service to and from Roswell Park.

While we ask you to sacrifice a little time, you will not go hungry. Some organizations (based on the number of donor appointments) may qualify for a complimentary lunch while here at Roswell Park. Others can enjoy the fresh coffee and delicious snacks served daily at the Donor Center.

With an all nursing staff, our professional collections team will ensure a comfortable and rewarding experience for donors.  Getting involved in the "Save a Life at Lunch" program is a great way for your company and employees to feel great about knowing that in just one lunch break you have given someone the "gift of life".
